A Practice Built in Fort McMurray
My story didn't begin in a polished downtown practice. It began right here in Fort McMurray — with people who push their bodies to the absolute limit every single day. Workers doing 12 to 14 hour shifts, dealing with deep fatigue, carrying injuries that kept coming back no matter what they tried.
I saw a gap. People needed more than temporary relief. They needed someone who could identify the actual structural reason their body kept breaking down — and fix it properly. That's what drove me to train at the London College of Osteopathy and bring world-class root-cause care back to Fort McMurray.
Every session I do is 90 minutes minimum. Not because I'm slow — because complex structural problems deserve real time and real attention. I don't rush. I assess the whole body, map the compensation patterns, and build a treatment plan that actually makes sense for your specific situation.

My Treatment Philosophy
I don't treat what hurts. I find why it hurts and fix that.
90-minute sessions because the body deserves proper evaluation, not a rushed appointment.
Targeted osteopathic techniques that work with your nervous system, not against it.
My goal is to make you need me less, not more. Real results mean lasting change.
"I don't want to be the practitioner you depend on forever. I want to be the one who actually fixed the problem."
